RABO Enterprises is committed to providing commercial grade party and event furniture and equipment that meets or exceeds U.S. standards, whether produced in the U.S. or outside the U.S. We seek to provide literally the highest standard, and we seek to source this wherever possible to provide our customers with the luxury of having the highest quality at the most competitive prices. For the quality of product we provide, we strive to be the most competitive on price.
We strive for the highest Customer Service. We take the phone calls, especially when there are problems. If there is a problem, we attempt to fix it immediately and generally in our customers’ favor. If there is a defect (infrequent, but unfortunately it does occur when shipping hundreds of thousands of chairs), all we ask for is a digital picture to confirm under warranty, and we replace the item immediately or as soon as possible.
